Equipment Helper App

I'm working on a new equipment helper application with a couple of functions:

1) You can search for equipment with specific attributes and it will list them,
2) You enter a set of equipment and it will tell you the total stats that it grants you,
3) You tell it what kind of equipment you want and what kind of stats you want from it and it will find the possible combinations.

I'll probably need some help getting all the equipment into the database when its functional but for now please let me have your thoughts.

Hi Lee, and welcome to the server and forums.

This sounds like a really neat idea. I thought about doing something like this along time ago just for my own use, but ended up instead just having a text file with listings of item attributes that I could search for; things like which items have which immunities and ability bonuses. I found it useful when trying to sort out end game gear when trying to cover all bases for a specific build. Making that sort of info available as a web page for others to use was a bit beyond my skills at the time.

The equipment loading function is in there now along with the basic equipment search. If anyone has some free time, please feel free to input some equipment.

The level 20 items would be a good place to start, as they are the most widely used ones in terms of final builds.

click on the magnifying glass next to one of the equipment slots and you can search and enter equipment on that popup.

btw i was on AA with lvl 20 sorc and when cleric casted there bb's,and so i went to gust it spell did not take effect bb's still there is that normal?
