Server Update

I'm in the process of doing some server upgrades - as in the physical boxes and their associated hamsters.

So far the only thing I've moved are these forums, taking the chance to update the forum software at the same time. I don't *think* I've broken anything along the way but if you spot anything you know who to blame.

Following on from this, I've now migrated the EE version of the server and noticed a few problems with restarts which may have hit some people today. Should be sorted now but I'll try and keep an eye on things.
