Unable to use or delete character

i get the following message on a specific character:
Invalid Character - player login refused.
Item equipped with an "item level" disallowed by server restrictions.
name of the character: Mana Abyssal Collector
its a lv 5 bard that im just trying to delete
no prob if you can't either i was just trying to clean my amount of characters
