pk's and ppl who dont read rules

Unfortunately we have cropped one them players who don't listen/learn.... known as Tard he always seems to be following people around invisible then trying to take your kills in the proccess of aoe'ing causing your death aswell. I believe in giving ppl chances but he has been warned many a time also doing this in areas to low for him so i thought i would post this up for the safety of other players to either A) try and avoid, or B) explain to him what hes doind wrong and hope he actually takes it in

I would not have posted this if it wasn't effecting the fun of the server but it has happened far to many times to ingnore anymore

I'm aware of this character and have both partied with them and observed them when on as DM. I'm aware of the problems being caused but hoped that they might learn from the good example set by the vast majority of other players. I really don't wish to come down heavy handed and believe they should be given a chance to sort themselves out, but if they continue to spoil the fun of others then they will be banned from the server.
